TERMS & CONDITIONS
Ordering: Call or fax orders in. If mailing or faxing, please included complete shipping and billing address, phone number and method of payment. There will be a non refundable deposit charged at time of the order. Payment: All orders will be prepaid before shipping. We except: Visa, MasterCard, and Debit. Money orders or checks approved by management. All term accounts: have to be paid in 30 days or there will be finance charges applied. Call Liz to agree on your terms. Pricing: All prices are quoted and or bid in US dollars and subject to change. We make every effort to avoid error in pricing and product information. If a mistake does occur we reserve the right to make corrections and do apologize for any inconvenience it may occur. Shipping: All orders are shipped UPS or by truck. Tracking numbers are available by request only. Airlines are provided, but arrangements must be made before project is complete as it will have to be boxed to AFAA rules. Dealers: Only approved dealers will receive dealer pricing. Cancellations: Custom orders are just that, they are made for you. Therefore cancellations will not be excepted as it usually is not resalable. All other orders will be charged a 25% restocking fee. Returns: All returns are for exchange or credit only. To make a return, call for authorization, securely package the item with a copy of the original receipt. All returns must be made within 14 days of shipment. All returns must be in new condition. A 25% restocking fee will be charged on all accepted returns. No returns are accepted on custom items or modified items of any type. No exceptions on this rule. Refused shipment: If you order a product and then refuse the shipment, you will be charged for shipping both ways and our restocking fee of 25%. Disclaimer & warning: All parts and accessories are sold, or made by Van Amburg Enterprises, Inc. are herby used at owners own expense. We strongly recommend that these modifications be carried out and or verified by a highly trained technician. It is under stood that modifications to any snowmobile will void the vehicle warranty. Be sure you know exactly what you want, when placing your order. To include, colors and measurements need to be exact as we will not take responsibility for your mistakes.
